Site that sells sheets of car window decal paper?
I want to buy sheets of car window decal paper so I can create my own decals at home but I can't find a site that sells them. Does anyone know?

What decal paper are you talking about?
Perforated decal?
If thats what you are looking for then its not going to be easy to find because it is expensive (when compared to price, per sq/ft, to normal vinyl).
If anything, you might be able to find on ebay cause I don't know any places that sell it raw (no printing on it).
It is usually only available to sign shops cause we buy in rolls that can cost hundreds of dollars.
Go to your local Sign/Vinyl/Decal shop and ask them for material but it isn't cheap.

I don't know where Binondo or Divisoria are, but crafting stores carry it, such as JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, or Michael's.
