Is it possible to strip down chrome to expose the nickel plating?
Hello. I have a set of older chrome motorcycle handlebars that I would like to have nickel plated instead. Just wondering if there is a way to chemically treat them to expose the nickel plating underneath, or if I am just better off having them stripped down and re-plated. Thanks in advance
