Would it be possible to put motorcycle wheels on a car?
Could one drill holes into a motorcycle wheel (honda Comstar as fitted to CX500 to be specific) so that it could be bolted onto a 4 stud car hub Alfetta maybe? Is this remotly feesable or would i end up getting into a mess. Why you ask, i want cheap 19inch wheels for a Morgan 3 wheeler project.

I wouldn't. Even if the wheels could hold the weight of the car, you would have to drill the holes with such crazy precision or the wheel would be way out of balance and jumping all over the place. Not a bad idea in theory for some cheap wheels, but I don't think it'd work very well in practice...

How can I refurbish my motorcycle wheels?
I have some small steel wheels on my scooter (8") they are currently off the bike. I was wondering what the best way of referbing them would be? I don't want to take them in to a shop, I think I can do this myself.
I thought I would sand them down and spray them with silver metal paint. Any better suggestions?
They're pretty rusty, I want them to look like new.

DIY about £15...
1 tin of high build primmer
2 tin of silver paint
1 tin of clear coat/lacquer....
Sand paper[300/600/900 grade]...
That's all you need....final finnish all depends on your preparation...

Where can I get motorcycle wheels polished in NJ?
I am looking to get the wheels on my bike polished. Somewhere near central NJ would be great. I do not want to chrome them.

Polish them yourself... There are lots of inexpensive products if you just want to put a shine on. Otherwise, call around to various car or truck detail shops to see what they would charge
