WHERE CAN YOU BUY 1988 YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE PARTS AT?
MY BROTHER GOT A 1988 YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE AND HE NEEDS TO GET A CARBURETOR AND SOME OTHER PARTS THAT GO AROUND THE CARBURETOR. THE PARTS CAN BE USED AS LONG AS THEY WORK OR NEED REBUILT. ANY ADVICE WE ARE IN TEXAS UNLESS WE COULD GET THEM SHIPPED.
IT ONLY HAS ONE CARB.
Yamaha 66 is what the gas tank says and the engine 1400CMA....

1978 Yamaha engine parts?
I have a 1978 650cc Yamaha engine and I need a valve inspection 4 bolt left side exahust cover. Any websites or local junk yards or used parts motorcycle shops to Portage Michigan.

Check with the "yamaha 650 society" on the net, it would probably be a good idea for you to join up.
Those are pretty bullet proof old scooters I bought a new 79 model 650 special in late1978. It was a lot like a BSA only more reliable.

Yamaha FZR 600 aftermarket parts?
I'm about to get a 1990 Yamaha FZR 600 motorcycle. I want to give this beauty a little more speed, power...ect. In other words i want to hit the throttle and smoke the hell out of a tuner. I'm about 6 months riding and can handle my own. but i dont know to much about the engines of motorcycles or their parts. (use to cars and trucks) but where can i find some performance parts???? Such as intake, carb, fuel lines, computer chips...ect.

Well, that depends, lots of places carry parts. Go this forum, and register and ask racers what they do, there should still be some running FZR's or who ran the older FZR's and may still have parts, tips and how to's.
